EP#1: Renato Grammatica - Physical Therapist

Renato Grammatica is a physical therapist and owner of Westchester Sport Physical Therapy. He just celebrated 28 years in private practice, and his experience includes rehabilitating adolescent, high school, collegiate, semi-professional and professional athletes with operative and nonoperative knee, hip, shoulder and elbow pathologies. Renato has also designed athletic performance programs for post-surgical and/or injured athletes, which he runs from Empower Athletic Development, his strength and conditioning facility.

Renato was my physical therapist after I had surgery, and I saw him multiple times per week for eight months. PT can sometimes be painful and uncomfortable, and Renato was great at remaining positive through our sessions. He played a huge role in my recovery. So of course, I wanted to interview him for Rebound and Connect.
